We are a small and independent, family-run business who pride ourselves on reliability and catering to the needs of our clients, landlords and tenants alike.

Introduction

M3 Lettings opened their new premises in the heart of Crookesmoor, Sheffield, in 2007. After spending several years in a city centre estate agency, Michael, our managing director, decided to branch out on his own, aiming to offer a more personal service. Starting out with a small number of clients, we have since had new members join the team and expanded our portfolio over the years. As we have grown, we have always stayed true to our company credo of 24/7 accessibility and going that extra mile for our clients – landlords and tenants alike.
